To drive continuous growth in our company and serve our clients better, we are looking for Finance & Administration Officer for our Global Sage Jakarta office. We strive to recruit people with exceptional talent and the potential to grow and be part of our winning team.

In this role, you will be managing key role and responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day finance, accounting, taxation activities
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billings and Invoices
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly activities and reporting to Regional FD in HK
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of Finance & Office documents
  • Assist in other general administrative work or ad-hoc tasks assigned by management team

The ideal Incumbent for this role should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related function, preferably in professional services
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from a prominent university
  • Competency in finance, accounting and tax, preferably with Brevet A & B
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Trustworthy and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive can-do attitude and team work spirit
