Simple acts like being responsive, offering feedback and keeping candidate data secure make a lasting impression. Not only does candidate care help the candidate, but it also differentiates a good firm from a great one. As an executive search firm serves as an extension of their client, strong candidate care impacts a candidate’s view of the client and ultimately their decision to accept a role. To ensure all candidates receive a positive experience, we developed the Candidate Bill of Rights.

AESC Members have been carefully vetted and represent the top of the profession. Our members adhere to the AESC Code of Professional Practice and candidates can be confident that AESC Members will respect their rights as candidates and treat their potential interest in an open search with a high degree of confidentiality.
