Due to significant growth in the past twelve months, we are growing our team and seeking a talented and enthusiastic Research Associate to join the team.
The Position
Suiting a recent University Graduate seeking to establish themselves within a corporate career path, up to a Research Associate with experience in executive search. As Research Associate, you will be an integral part of the Executive Search team, working with experienced search consultants to deliver successful outcomes for our clients. You will receive training and mentoring from experienced Research and Executive Search professionals to introduce you to the global Executive Search industry and help develop your future career in a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with QA consultants on executive and/or retained assignments, learning about search strategy and candidate profiling
- Approach and build relationships with active and passive candidates to engage for current and future career opportunities
- Learn and understand our specialist markets and deploy best in class search process to source candidates and build a database of diverse talent in Australia and overseas
- Conduct benchmarking and market intelligence/mapping
- Develop, drive, and support strong business relationships with clients
- Maintain and champion our database to ensure accuracy and integrity of information together with project management of assignments and report creation
- Attend relevant industry forums and seminars for updates, knowledge-sharing, and networking
Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree-qualified and eager to learn!
- Excellent writing skills
- Articulate and confident and able to speak over the phone to industry professionals
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity
- Excellent MS Office and technology skills
