Crossing the Generational Divide: Unlocking the Power of Generations to Grow Your Business

We work in a time of unprecedented generational challenge and change. Four generations in the workforce. Five generations in the marketplace. Generational differences are challenging leaders and organizations in unprecedented ways. This ranges from communication and management style to marketing and market share. What worked five years ago can completely fail today with Millennials or Gen Z. Matt will take us on a journey to understand how generations are not boxes, but powerful clues. The key is to understand the value of those clues. We too often tend to believe that the generations that came before us are antiquated and the generations that came after us are out of control and ruining everything. We’re all coming at life with a different perspective. The key is to acknowledge generational gaps and understand how to leverage power—and good—in every generation.
