Talengo: Diversity Best Practices in Spain

Talengo, in a new report entitled Diversity Best Practices in Spain, provides examples of businesses that support inclusion as a key strategy.
As part of the global HeForShe initiative, a campaign that is part of the UN Women's Solidarity Movement for Gender Equality, the report is based on interviews with 22 CEOs, all of them men, from the companies with the most advanced diversity programs in Spain. 
In these interviews, the CEOs of the companies involved in the study explain how they are leading diversity in their teams, how they are promoting inclusive leadership through a cultural change in their organizations and the incorporation of diversity in the corporate strategy.
The report states that there is no strategic diversity management without clear, inclusive leadership, and thus it outlines a few critical components of an inclusive strategy, including:
  • Business case and culture.
  • Management support.
  • Objectives.
  • Plans with specific, coordinated actions.
  • Tracking KPIs.
Talengo's report provides real examples of how businesses, including AccorHotels, Coca-Cola, Deutsche Bank, Ikea, Telefónica and many others have built success through inclusion.
