IIC Partners: 2018 Diversity and Inclusion Report

IIC Partners surveyed 461 global business leaders in their new 2018 Diversity and Inclusion Report. They found that diversity and inclusion are highly valued by most companies, but sourcing this diverse talent remains a key challenge.

Some of the other barriers for identifying diverse candidates include:

  • Unconscious bias
  • Finding diverse talent
  • Limited pool of diverse talent in the industry

When asked where to find diverse talent, 67% of senior executives said Human Resources departments and 25% said Internal Talent acquisition teams take on this responsibility. The full report dives into where to look for the diversity talent companies have been craving.
