AESC Announces its 2021 Council of the Americas with Representatives from Leading Executive Search and Leadership Consulting Firms

The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global standards-setting body for the executive search and leadership consulting profession, today announces 2021 officers and representatives to the AESC Council of the Americas. The Council consists of elected officers and representatives from AESC Member executive search and leadership advisory firms from across the Americas region.

Julian Ha, Partner at Heidrick & Struggles and based in Washington, DC will serve as Council Chair; David Turner, Managing Partner and President at Kincannon & Reed and based in Phoenix, will serve as Council Vice Chair; Tony Bolliger, Managing Partner and COO at CareerSMITH and based in Orange County, California, will serve as Council Secretary/Treasurer; and Cathy Logue, Managing Director in the CFO & Financial Executives Practice at Stanton Chase and based in Toronto, will serve as Council Chair Emeritus.

In addition, AESC would like to welcome new AESC Americas Council representatives Paul Groce, Partner at Leathwaite and based in New York; Molly Hull, Senior Vice President and Principal at Slayton Search Partners and based in Chicago; Michele James, Founder and President at Avery James Inc. and based in Los Angeles; Nicolás Mora Schrader, Managing Director at Equation Partners/ AltoPartners and based in Santiago; and Thayanie Ujino, Managing Partner at FESA Group/ IIC Partners and based in São Paulo.
