With increasing demands on diverse, digital, and next gen talent, Executive Researchers and Associates collaborate with Partners on search strategies to deliver todays’ most sought after talent. They also explore and validate new technologies and techniques, all to enhance the modern search process. Researchers and Associates influence the success of a search by the quality of the work they do, while constantly juggling multiple stakeholders, relationships, and tight deadlines. The 2021 AESC Researchers and Associates Forum will look at the skills and techniques wielded to successfully impact and influence success in executive research for a new era of business in the wake of COVID-19. The forum includes highly relevant speakers and opportunities for peer learning and collaboration with fellow researchers and associates from across the globe.

Researchers and Associates communicate with a variety of stakeholders, both inside and outside their firms. Gaining the trust and confidence of candidates, colleagues, and clients requires effective communication and relationship building. The reality today is virtual platforms are here to stay. To have both impact and influence, you need to communicate with presence and be seen as a valued expert. This session will look at the skills you need to focus on to communicate, build relations with impact and influence.
