Enhancing the Researcher-Consultant Partnership

Researchers and Associates are relationship builders – we spend time and attention with our “external relationships” - candidates and sources throughout the search process. But what about our “internal clients” – our consultants? How can we foster a more collaborative relationship with the consultants we partner with? What key questions should we ask? This fast-paced session will share ideas and solutions to enable us to enhance this essential alliance.
