Kincentric: Current Trends in Engagement

A global employee engagement survey has found that employee engagement went from 75% in Q2 of 2020 to 65% in Q2 of 2021. 

There are multiple factors for this drop. With the "new normal", more employees are experiencing burn-out and feel overworked. Additionally, now fewer employees think senior leaders are demonstrating care and concern for them compared to the first half of 2020.
