Our perspective is derived from our knowledge of the industry and experience in the region. To complement it, Spencer Stuart conducted a leadership survey of more than 1,300 industrial executives1 in Asia Pacific. Over the course of 2017, we will test the findings from this survey and refine our insights through a series of conversations with industrial leaders across the region.
