Heidrick & Struggles has published their findings of a study looking at the leadership styles of general counsels. The results of this extensive research show that the majority of current general counsels have more leadership attributes usually found in the C-Suite than any other non-CEO C-level executives. This report dives into the ways GCs, CEOs, legal professionals, and other C-level executives are similar in their leadership styles and the areas in which their attributes differ.
