Russell Reynolds Associates has published a report looking at the importance of creating inclusive cultures within business and the positive effects this has on commercial success. Russell Reynolds interviewed multiple women holding positions on executive committees and non-executive boards to learn about their experiences within inclusive cultures and how it has affected both their personal success, as well as the success of their organizations.
