Odgers Berndtson Appoints Chairman of Global Life Sciences Practice
Odgers Berndtson has named Henry Miller as partner and chairman of its global life sciences practice. “We are thrilled that Henry has joined the firm as chairman of the global life sciences practice,” said Steve Potter, CEO of Odgers Berndtson US. “His leadership abilities and personal knowledge will allow him to create and execute strategy around revenue growth and talent development in the E.U., Eastern Europe, and Asia, helping to develop and leverage client services alongside our life sciences and healthcare partners around the world. The depth of Henry’s long-standing positioning within the life sciences industry enable him to immediately serve as a trusted advisor to our clients as well as help develop new ones.”
Mr. Miller joins Odgers Berndtson after eight years with Diversified Search Group, where he was managing partner of the life sciences practice. Before that, he was with Solomon Page Group for six years as SVP and global life sciences practice leader. He started his career at Heidrick & Struggles. In addition to Mr. Miller’s life sciences and healthcare focus, he has worked with a wide spectrum of Fortune 50 companies as well as with pre-IPO, start-up companies helping them recruit board directors and other talent.
Mr. Miller is a graduate of Rider University with a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational behavior. He currently serves on the boards of Glycadia Pharmaceuticals and Eluna, a non-profit organization supporting families and children impacted by grief or addiction.
