Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) announced Charlotte Duthoo has joined the firm as senior client partner, specializing in organizational strategy. She is based in the firm’s Paris office.

Duthoo brings to the firm over 20 years of experience supporting senior leadership teams in their strategic, organizational, and operational performance challenges. She joins Korn Ferry from Publicis Groupe, a world leading marketing services firm, where she spent over 10 years, most recently as Publicis Communications’ chief transformation officer. Prior to this, Duthoo was an engagement manager for a management consulting firm, managing transformation projects, organization, and operational improvement. She served various industries, such as steel, telecom, consumer goods, and transportation, with a special focus on media and retail. Duthoo started her career with Publicis Consultants as a corporate communication consultant, specializing in change and crisis management.

“Charlotte’s experience is based on leveraging an organization’s current capabilities, then guiding them to elevate talent, structure, culture, and business strategy,” said Pascal Gibert, co-president, EMEA, Korn Ferry. “She will be a great asset to the firm and advisor to her clients. We’re excited to have her on board.”

Duthoo graduated from the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris and the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Sociales business school. She holds a master’s degree in law from University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and holds an advanced management program degree from INSEAD.
