Danielle Kelly
Danielle is responsible for developing and delivering the firm’s global Diversity and Inclusion strategy as well as its Mental Health strategy and drives the firm’s vision to be the leading global law firm for inclusion. Danielle is a key member of the firm’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Group, and collaborates closely with the Council and Global Executive.
Danielle is recognised for her experience with complex diversity and inclusion issues and her collaborative approach to strategic problem identification and resolution. Danielle is also involved in client engagement and business development, and oversaw the firm’s cultural shift away from traditional forms of networking to a new model of sponsorship.
Prior to her role in Diversity and Inclusion, Danielle held a number of other senior HR positions within the firm. Prior to this, Danielle worked for a number of years as a lawyer at the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Law from the University of New South Wales.
Varshaa Ram Kutik
Varshaa Ram Kutik joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in November 2018 as the APAC Head of Diversity and Inclusion. She has 12-plus years of experience in the D&I space and has worked across industries. Before Bank of America Merrill Lynch, she was leading D&I for the APAC and EMEA regions for Cargill, a Minnesota-based global leader in trading and distributing agricultural commodities.
Prior to Cargill she was employed with Goldman Sachs and led its D&I efforts in India. She started her career in the ESG space and was responsible for the publication of the first sustainability report for Infosys, an Indian multinational corporation that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services. She has a master’s degree in globalisation and development from Warwick University in the UK.
Prachi Rastogi
Prachi Rastogi is Diversity and Inclusion Leader APAC at IBM where she is responsible for designing and driving D&I strategy and initiatives and leveraging mechanisms to constantly work with business leaders for real impact. Her role is to champion diversity initiatives, working closely with the APAC Business Head, extended business and HR teams to promote an IBM culture that values, promotes and celebrates diversity and inclusion.
