SINGAPORE

On September 10 in Singapore, leaders in the executive search and leadership consulting profession attended AESC's Global Conference: Innovation Ignited. Participants heard from experts on future trends, growth opportunities, the unique landscape of leadership in the Asia-Pacific region, and much more. The Global Conference also featured the recognition of individuals with the annual AESC Awards which honors individuals for their commitment to the profession and community.

NEW YORK

On May 14 and 15 in New York, AESC members joined the premier event for the executive search and leadership consulting profession, Influence and Impact. Attendees explored the power of influence for organizations and individuals. Thought-provoking speakers shared their take on future trends including business expansion and transformation, human intelligence supported by AI, and conversations in a time of rapid social change. The Global Conference also featured the recognition of individuals with the annual AESC Awards which honors individuals for their commitment to the profession and community.
