Korn Ferry Names Financial Services Sector Leaders

Korn Ferry has made multiple leadership moves within its global financial services practice.

Eric Pikus, who previously served as the firm’s sector leader for asset management as well as consumer and commercial banking in its New York office, will now serve as head of North America, global financial market for the firm. Throughout his career, Mr. Pikus has worked extensively and advised financial services companies on executive search, board effectiveness, leadership assessment, and executive succession planning.

Pascal Smith, based in Korn Ferry’s London office, will now serve as the firm’s global sector leader, asset management (alternative and traditional). With strong global client relationships, Mr. Smith will continue to focus on working with our hedge fund and alternative investments client base across a wide range of strategies. Mr. Smith joined the firm in 2014 and had been serving as senior client partner in the European financial services practice. He joined Korn Ferry from Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a partner.

Keith Feldman, based in Korn Ferry’s San Francisco office, will now serve as the firm’s global sector leader, consumer & commercial banking. Mr. Feldman has 15 years of experience advising financial services firms of all sizes, from start-ups to large, multinationals. He is also an active member of Korn Ferry’s marketing, digital, and fintech centers-of-excellence. Mr. Feldman joined the firm in 2010 also after serving at Heidrick & Struggles.
