AESC Announces its 2021 Council of Asia Pacific and the Middle East with Representatives from Leading Executive Search and Leadership Consulting Firms

The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global standards-setting body for the executive search and leadership consulting profession, today announces 2021 officers and representatives to the AESC Council of Asia Pacific and the Middle East. The Council consists of elected officers and representatives from AESC Member executive search and leadership advisory firms from across the Americas region.

Louisa Wong, Executive Chair at Global Sage and based in Hong Kong, will serve as Council Chair. Fabrice Desmarescaux, Vice Chair at Eric Salmon & Partners and based in Singapore, will serve as Council Vice Chair. James Young, Managing Partner at Morgan Young and based in Sydney, will serve as Council Secretary and Treasurer. Nobi Kaneko, President at Kaneko & Associates and based in Tokyo, will serve as Council Chair Emeritus.

In addition, AESC would like to welcome the following new members to its Council of Asia Pacific and the Middle East: Aparna Ahuja, Principal at Athena Executive Search and Consulting and based in Delhi; Rosalind De Sailly, Director and Founder at De Sailly Consulting and based in Sydney; Cecile Hofer, Managing Partner, Amrop Hofer Tan and based in Singapore; James Lawrence-Brown, Partner, Leathwaite and based in Hong Kong; Anissa Low, Managing Director, WittKieffer and based in Singapore; Yen Pin Ng, Managing Director, Sheffield Haworth and based in Shanghai and Singapore; Sam Robinson, Director, Intersearch Middle East and based in Dubai; Warren Rushbrook, Practice Director, Infrastructure & Head of Search, Quinton Anthony and based in Sydney; and Katherine Wang, CEO & Founder, Fitco-Consulting and based in Beijing.
