Amrop: Results of Retail Executives Survey on Customer Experience

Amrop has published the results of their Customer Experience 2017 study, where they surveyed senior retail executives from 25 countries. The report focuses mainly on the importance of establishing an excellent customer experience and how each of the executives’ organizations are both creating the best experience possible and how they are assessing their current performance.

Key findings include:

  • 64% of respondents feel their CE Leadership Talent is in the “Training & Developing” stage.
  • 30% of respondents believe the best CE Talent can be found in the Retail industry.
  • 57% of respondents feel the best leadership talent can be found in growing, as opposed to established or start up, companies.
