Caldwell Partners: Leaders are Responsible for Bolstering Enterprise Social Network Use

In a recent article by Caldwell Partners, they discuss the importance of social media and how to attract engagement on corporate social networks. Some of those networks are: Jive, Chatter, Yammer and SocialChorus, which are not regularly used by employees. A key reason why Caldwell Partners believes they are not as widely used is because members do not see their superiors using these platforms. 

Some of Caldwell Partners’ recommendations include: listen, share information and make it hard to disengage.  It is apparent with the millions of monthly active users on platforms like Twitter and Facebook, people love to use social media, so there is no reason why corporate social networks should not be utilized.
