Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) Announces 2018 Appointments to its Council of Asia Pacific and the Middle East

The global Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) today announced new appointments to the AESC Council of Asia Pacific and the Middle East, which consists of elected officers from AESC member executive search and leadership advisory firms from across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.

Nobi Kaneko, President of Kaneko & Associates and based in Tokyo, will serve as Council Chair. Louisa Wong, Executive Chair of Global Sage and based in Hong Kong, will serve as Council Vice-Chair, while James Young, Managing Partner at Morgan Young and based in Sydney, will serve as Council Secretary and Treasurer.

In addition, AESC would like to welcome the following new members to its Council of Asia Pacific and the Middle East: Nairouz Bader, Group CEO at Envision Partnership and based in Dubai; Malcolm Duncan, Director of The Insight Group and based in Sydney; Thomas Hofer, Managing Partner and Founder Member at Hofer Tan & Partners and based in Singapore; Allan Marks, Managing Partner at Boyden Australia and based in Sydney; Seth Peterson, Partner at Heidrick & Struggles and based in Hong Kong; Nirmit Parekh, CEO and Managing Director at 3P Consultants and based in Mumbai; Sonia Pechner, Executive Director at Academic Search International and based in Auckland; Shane Phillips, CEO at The Phillips Group and based in Dubai; Sachin Rajan, Partner and Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates and based in Mumbai; Ramgopal Rao, President and Country Head at Steinbach & Partner Executive Consultants and based in Pune; David Wu, Founder, CEO and Managing Partner at GMPTALENT International and based in Shanghai; and Edwin Yeo, APAC Region Leader, Board Services at Stanton Chase and based in Singapore.
