AESC's BlueSteps Executive Career Platform Adds New Schools to its Global Business School Program
New York, September 16, 2021 — The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global trade association representing the world’s leading executive search firms, and its executive career platform BlueSteps announced today the addition of seven new partner schools to its Global Business School Alliance Program.
AESC’s BlueSteps program serves as an important resource to business schools and their Executive MBA (EMBA) students and alumni by providing up-to-the-minute insights on senior talent acquisition and development from top executive search firms who fill Board, C-level and VP-level positions for organizations worldwide. Through AESC’s BlueSteps program, EMBA students gain critical understanding of the executive search process and trends on executive hiring and executive careers, supporting them with both their short- and long-term career management strategy.
AESC’s BlueSteps Global Business School Alliance Program welcomes the addition of the following schools:
- Aston Business School, Aston University
- Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham
- Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge
- EMST Berlin
- Nottingham University Business School, University of Nottingham
- Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde

With the addition of these schools, the program is now comprised of more than 50 leading business schools around the world.
