AESC Welcomes BIPOC Executive Search into its Global Membership of Leading Executive Search and Leadership Advisory Firms

The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global professional association representing the quality standard in executive search and leadership advisory solutions, announced the approval of BIPOC Executive Search into its global membership. The firm’s acceptance follows an extensive vetting process, including reference checks, site visits, votes by AESC regional councils and commitment to the AESC Code of Professional Practice.

Headquartered in Toronto, BIPOC Executive Search is Canada’s only executive search firm focused on developing deep leadership networks in the Black, Indigenous, and racialized community, thereby helping organizations obtain candidate lists that truly reflect the global society in which we live and do business.

Inspired by the work of the BlackNorth Initiative—an initiative calling on companies to ensure Black leaders hold a minimum of 3.5% executive and board roles by 2025—the BIPOC Executive Search team brings professional and lived experience to their recruitment discussions with Indigenous and racialized candidates.
