AESC Accepts Progress Search into its Global Membership

The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global professional association representing the quality standard in executive search and leadership advisory solutions, announced the approval of Progress Search/IIC Partners into its global membership. The firm’s acceptance follows extensive vetting, including reference checks, site visits, votes by AESC regional councils and commitment to the AESC Code of Professional Practice.

Progress has been at the forefront of executive search in France since its inception in 1971. Specialized in the recruitment of senior executives and board members, it aims to offer the best to its clients. Progress is co-headed by Alain Prestat, Chairman and Jean-Marc Danton, Chief Executive Officer.

Beyond executive search consulting, Progress has also developed a consulting service to meet the needs of top executives and human resources departments during periods of corporate change, including mergers, change of strategy and shareholders. Progress is well represented on the international scene as one of IIC Partners, covering nearly forty countries in Europe, Asia and America.

“It is an honour and a privilege for Progress to join AESC and to be part of this prestigious organisation and network of ‘best-in-class’ executive search firms. We look forward to sharing our expertise and exchanging with our peers. We are convinced that being part of this community will allow us to successfully address the challenges of our industry,” commented Chief Executive, Jean-Marc Danton.
