Witt/Kieffer Welcomes New Managing Director to Life Sciences Practice

Executive search firm Witt/Kieffer announced the addition of Jennifer Chase as managing director of the firm’s Life Sciences practice. Based in Boston, MA, Chase will support the recruitment of positions across the life sciences spectrum, with particular emphasis on emerging biopharmaceutical and medical device and diagnostics firms, as well as established international life science companies.

Chase brings over 20 years of international executive search experience in the life sciences to Witt/Kieffer, having held positions with some of the world’s top global executive search consultancies in the U.S. and European Union. Her expertise ranges from recruiting CEOs, COOs, and vice presidents in functional areas including commercial & business development, quality & regulatory affairs, clinical development, and market access. Chase offers a holistic approach to recruitment and client service with a clear understanding that a client’s business objectives, strategy, and corporate culture are critical to a successful executive search. She began her career in sales and marketing roles with Paris-based pharmaceutical conglomerate Rhone-Poulenc (now part of Sanofi).

Chase holds a Bachelor’s degree in science from Northeastern University in Boston and a Master’s degree in industrial marketing from Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, a leading institution in scientific and medical education.
