WittKieffer Changes Name of Mid-Level Executive Search Practice to Professional Search Practice

WittKieffer has announced a name change to one if its core practices. The Mid-Level Executive Search Practice will now be known as the Professional Search Practice. This change better reflects the wide range of executives that the Practice recruits and the myriad clients that it serves. Led by Elaina Genser and Jeff Schroetlin, senior partners, the Practice recruits outstanding healthcare, higher education and not-for-profit leaders across a range of roles, including vice presidents, executive directors, directors, assistant/associate vice presidents and more. The Practice has grown substantially in recent years. In its latest fiscal year, it saw a 50% increase in team members, a similar increase in searches, and revenue growth of more than 70%.

“Our Practice has grown to include a host of diverse clients across healthcare, education and other industries, and our recruitments span from director-level and middle management positions to senior-level roles,” says Genser. “The name change is fitting to reflect not just the scope of professional leaders that we recruit but also the professional, expert nature of the services we provide. This name change will position us for continued growth and the placement of ever more impactful leaders.”

The Professional Search Practice’s approach to recruitment is client-centered, communicative and comprehensive. Its expert consultants spend time getting to know key stakeholders at the start of a search and work in partnership with clients throughout. Each candidate is provided with a seamless, confidential and respectful experience. Clients in healthcare include the nation’s top 100 hospitals, health systems, ACOs, academic medical centers, managed care organizations, and physician group practices. In education the Professional Search Practice serves top liberal arts schools, flagships and campuses across state systems, as well as major national and international research institutions.
