Witt/Kieffer Announces New Leadership For IT Practice
Witt/Kieffer, a leading executive search firm, has announced that Hillary Ross, Principal and Chris Wierz, Principal will co-lead Witt/Kieffer’s IT Practice.
Witt/Kieffer’s Information Technology practice assesses and recruits prominent IT leaders to roles including chief information officer and chief medical informatics officer. Witt/Kieffer’s consultants are distinctively qualified with knowledge concerning challenges within health IT and informatics, higher education, and broader technology arena.

Hillary Ross, J.D., based in Oak Brook, IL, is a principal with Witt/Kieffer and an experienced healthcare information technology executive search consultant. She specializes in the recruitment of senior-level IT physicians and informatician executives. Ross also conducts searches for senior level information technology positions for large hospitals, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, vendors and consulting firms on a national basis. Ross will lead the teams that focus on the CMIO, CHIO, CRIO, Biomedical and Bioinformatics Executives, Personalized Medicine and Analytics leadership searches.
Chris Wierz, M.B.A., B.S.N., R.N., based in Oak Brook, IL, is also a principal with Witt/Kieffer and brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to her executive search practice, including 20 years in healthcare information technology. Wierz understands the ever-changing and unique healthcare IT industry landscape, both in not-for-profit and for-profit firms across the country, and possesses the diverse skill set necessary to be successful in recruiting senior leadership. Wierz will lead the teams that focus on the CIO/CTO/CISO/CNIO, Analytics and other senior IT leadership searches for both Healthcare and Higher Education.
