Ward Howell Appoints Global Marketing Practice Leader

Ward Howell International has named Henry ‘Hank’ J. Flores as a partner and global practice leader. He will be based out of their Boston office.

Hank has been in executive search for nearly 10 years, co-founding Radius Partners, and working as a Managing Principal with Consilium Partners. Prior to starting his career in search, Hank held leadership roles, including CEO and COO, with several early-stage and middle-market companies. Earlier, he led key marketing and sales organizations for a number of global Fortune 500 companies including Polaroid, Verizon, Procter & Gamble, and IBM. While working at P&G, Hank was honored as a “Top 100 Marketer” by Advertising Age magazine for restoring a well-known consumer brand to market share leadership. Hank concentrates on assignments for senior leaders who serve as pivotal catalysts for driving growth – C-level executives with P&L responsibility and functional leaders in marketing, sales, and product development – typically for privately-held, middle-market and early-stage companies seeking to improve strategic focus on their customers and consumers. Clients also include Fortune 500 companies who are looking for a more collaborative, partner-led search experience. Hank earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Information Systems from Fordham University. He serves on the board of governors for the HBS Association of Boston, chairing its Marketing Committee, and was previously on the board of directors of the Hamilton-Wenham Youth Soccer Association.
