Vetted Solutions Adds New Client Partner
Alisha Hathaway has joined the Washington, D.C.-based executive search firm Vetted Solutions as a Client Partner. Hathaway brings an exceptional reputation for her high-energy approach to executive search on behalf of a blue-chip roster of clients, notably leading names in media and communications, nonprofit and social impact organizations, trade associations, and professional services.
Her expertise in helping find and develop high-performing marketing and growth teams has made her a valued executive with and subsequently a consultant and advisor to top names among the Fortune 500, including such prominent firms as the Wall Street Journal and CNBC.
James Zaniello, president and CEO of Vetted Solutions, added his own perspective on Hathaway’s value to his firm. “Her dynamic nature and almost compulsive drive to deliver both exceptional candidates and lasting leadership solutions is a perfect match for the Vetted Solution approach,” he said. “She will be a great addition to the team.”
Hathaway echoed Zaniello’s comments about the similarity in professional philosophy. “I’m driven to know everything I can about people, especially the ones who have placed their faith and trust in me to deliver the best possible results,” she said.
“Vetted Solutions has the same kind of passion for executive search, and for the success of the clients we serve. We all want to dig deeper, work harder and deliver more. It’s a DNA we share.”
Hathaway’s expertise in media and communications will remain a primary focus. She also will work closely with colleagues in the firm’s Chicago and Los Angeles offices to serve the full spectrum of Vetted Solutions’ clients across the entire community of purpose-driven organizations, especially among trade associations. Prior to joining Vetted Solutions, Hathaway worked with Russell Reynolds Associates, after earlier runs with CNBC, WSJ, The Atlantic, National Journal and the Hathaway Group, her own business development, marketing and communications consultancy.
