Tyler & Company Welcomes Gary W. Seaberg

Tyler & Company welcomes their newest Vice President, Gary W. Seaberg. Gary resides and works in the Dallas, Texas area.

Gary joins Tyler & Company with a wide range of leadership, management, executive search and business development experience with over 27 years devoted to the healthcare industry. He has served in top leadership, partner and shareholder roles in other large, national healthcare staffing firms, as well as leadership roles in the digital media business. In addition, Gary was founder and President of his own healthcare executive search firm, serving clients regionally and nationally.

He is a nationally recognized leader on staffing, management and leadership issues ranging from executive search and medical staff planning to strategic implementation of search programs. He consults with hundreds of hospitals, systems, medical groups, academic medical centers and other healthcare organizations regarding executive and physician leadership staffing issues including compensation, retention strategy, supply and demand and succession planning, among others.

Gary holds a BA in Communication degree from Abilene Christian University. He is an often-quoted expert and speaker regarding staffing, management and leadership topics as well as strategies for developing business. He is an author and contributor of several articles and blogs regarding healthcare recruitment and leadership topics. He has addressed a wide range of professional groups throughout the United States including hospital associations, medical associations and professional groups. He is an active member of ACHE.

In his spare time, he enjoys volunteer work at his church and with community groups. Throughout the years he has coached youth sports while serving on the board of the local youth sports association, in addition to serving as a board member and officer of a local advertising and public relations organization.

Gary enjoys music, travel, golf and spending time with family.
