Talengo Launches Konos, a Proprietary Digital Solution to Develop Mentoring Programs

  • The tool allows Talengo to make mentoring programs internationally with virtualized content.
  • Konos offers HR departments real-time information on the development and evolution of participants (mentors and minds) and absolute control over the entire process.
  • This is the last solution created by Talengo in its commitment to technology as an ally to keep its portfolio of services aligned with the needs of digital transformation of companies.

Talengo, a global management search and leadership consulting firm, has created its own digital solution to develop mentoring programs. It is, for the moment, the first consulting firm in Spain that has an internal development tool to manage this type of programs.

Mentoring projects are one of the most successful instruments for the development of internal talent, since they allow the leaders of the organizations to be the ones who transmit their knowledge directly and support the career of other professionals. Talengo has developed mentoring programs of high potentials, to accompany the succession plans, to accompany the managerial career of women and generations.

Konos by Talengo offers companies the ease of having a single solution, developed and managed by experts, with which they access in real time all the necessary information to track their mentoring programs. Konos is a multichannel tool that allows customers (mentors, minds and HR departments) to access through any device and at any time. In addition, it has its own app and is multilingual.

For Talengo, for its part, its own solution allows it to develop much more ambitious projects: internationally and with virtualized content. The firm is one of the main references of this type of programs both in Spain and in the countries in which it operates.

The creation of Konos responds to the strategy undertaken by Talengo two years ago to bet on a strong investment in technological development in response to the growing needs of the market in terms of agility, simplicity and management efficiency.

Mayte Martínez, partner and CEO of Talengo, explains that “in a market as dynamic as the current one, in which customers demand increasingly agile and innovative solutions, the traditional separation between content and technology providers in the field of Mentoring programs was a brake on their growth. Talengo detected this demand and that is why we are committed to the development of Konos as one of the priorities of the strong investment process that we are carrying out.”
