Talengo appoints Adriana Marfil to reinforce business growth in the Latin American market.

Talengo, the global executive search and leadership consultant firm, has named Adriana Marfil Associate Director of its subsidiary in Mexico. A specialist in the financial and professional service sectors, her incorporation will be key to reinforcing the tremendous growth that the firm is enjoying in Latin America, where last year the subsidiaries in Mexico and Colombia increased their turnover by more than 35%.

 

Adriana Marfil holds a degree in Law and International Relations from ICADE and a master’s degree in Corporate Legal Services from the IE. Her professional career includes international positions in different countries on five continents, and she speaks five languages. In addition to the Professional Services area, she has solid experience in the financial sector and in business and institutional project management, having managed different institutional projects for major media such as USA Today, Financial Times or The Japan Times.

 

Her work as Associate Director at Talengo will focus on professional and financial services, although her extensive international experience will be very helpful in the firm’s strong international strategy, especially in the area of Latin America.
