Stanton Chase Offices Showcase CSR Initiatives

Executive search Consultants come together to highlight corporate and social responsibility

Stanton Chase Partners around the world are taking the initiative on the issues that are closest to their hearts in a philanthropic approach that achieves the best locally relevant impact.

In turn, the worldwide offices of Stanton Chase have collaborated in compiling a one-stop shop for learning about the firm’s CSR projects and initiatives toward equality, environmental protection, children’s rights, and poverty eradication, to name but a few.

At Stanton Chase, our CSR refers to our deep commitment to operating globally in an honorable and ethical manner along with our efforts to enact positive change in our local communities. Because of the individual passion driving each project, the global level of collaboration, and our shared set values, Stanton Chase’s CSR makes an impact on not just the local communities that we operate in but the wider, global community of which we are a part.

“Because Stanton Chase is a global firm with local investment and engagement, we have unique insights into our local communities,” says International Chair Jan-Bart Smits. “We are committed to the betterment of the communities in our respective locations, and our local teams are able to identify and develop, or contribute to, philanthropic programs that are relevant to the community’s needs.”

Recently highlighted CSR projects include the Stanton Chase Amsterdam office’s annual pro bono search for an international nonprofit; the Sato Project, which rescues abused dogs in Puerto Rico and provides foster and medical care for them in the United States; and the Brussels team’s commitment to planting 100 trees for every completed search – so far, they’ve funded over 31,000 trees in India, Burkina Faso, and Madagascar.
