Stanton Chase Nashville Builds Leading Team

The Stanton Chase Nashville office has built one of the industry’s leading teams specializing in this global practice.

“With approximately 400 healthcare companies based in the Nashville area we are uniquely positioned to help them find the leaders of the future,” said Daniel Casteel, Managing Director of the Nashville office and Regional Vice President/North America for Stanton Chase. “Our reach, however, extends beyond Nashville as we are collaborating with our global and North American offices on a wide range of healthcare searches.”

Olivier Van Dierdonck, Lori VanderBoegh, and Chantelle Johnson head up the healthcare practice out of the Nashville office.

“Their credentials speak for themselves,” added Casteel. “The combined knowledge of trends in the healthcare sector and the skills that candidates must possess give our clients a distinct edge in attracting and retaining the finest leaders.”

Van Dierdonck has served at several nationally known executive search and consulting firms as Managing Director, Director of Recruitment and Senior Vice President.  He has also held operational positions with rural and urban hospital systems and national physician practice management organizations.  Throughout his career, Van Dierdonck has gained extensive experience recruiting healthcare CEOs, CFOs, CNOs, CIOs, CMOs and other executives who specialize in hospital and physician alignment, clinical integration networks and value-based care development.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, VanderBoegh owned a Midwestern executive search firm which she founded in 2000. She partnered with a diverse portfolio of clients across several industries. After selling her firm, she joined an international strategic consulting firm. VanderBoegh relocated to Nashville in 2007 and expanded her multi-industry expertise to include healthcare. As a strategic partner with a national healthcare system, she has secured top talent  for senior leadership roles.
Johnson served as Vice President of Senior Executive Search at a healthcare search firm. She also led the Physician and Faculty Recruitment/Compensation office for a large, multi-hospital, academic medical center in North Carolina. In that role, she was a member of the medical center’s Council for Inclusion and Diversity, focusing on diversity recruitment and retention strategies.
