Stanton Chase names Director of L.A. Office

Bryan Martin, an experienced professional in varied business sectors, has joined Stanton Chase as a Director at the firm’s Los Angeles office.

The announcement was made jointly by Managing Directors Peter Deragon and Mark Sadovnick, as well as Stanton Chase International Co-founder Ed Savage.  Stanton Chase (www.stantonchase.com) is a global retained executive search firm with more than 70 offices in 45 countries.

A resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, Martin will initially work with regional companies that have interests and a presence in the Los Angeles and Phoenix markets.

“Phoenix is still a maturing market, and one which reaches out to Southern California and the rest of the world,” Sadovnick said. “Bryan has quality relationships in the Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. His background in executive search and in corporate management offers clients a valuable perspective.”

Deragon added, “The skills Bryan cultivated in the business world have certainly been transferable to executive search. He understands what it takes to succeed in today’s corporations and will be a big asset to Stanton Chase, in North America and globally.”

Martin has more than 20 years of experience in advising organizations on strategic sales and marketing initiatives. He has worked in this capacity with media companies such as Belo and Gannett and in the real estate sector with Prudential, Keller Williams and Sotheby’s International. Martin was also a Consultant for a national search firm prior to joining Stanton Chase.

“I look forward to working with my Stanton Chase colleagues here in North America, and internationally,” said Martin. “The Los Angeles office certainly has been gaining a major presence in Southern California with a great team, and that reputation has spread to Arizona. Several LA-based companies now have business in Phoenix, and vice-versa, so our goal is to work closely through this local presence.”

Martin, a 25-year resident of Scottsdale, earned a Psychology degree from the University of Arizona.
