Stanton Chase Hosts its 54th Global Partners Meeting

Many of the world’s leading executive search professionals will converge on Nashville April 6-8 to participate in the 54th Global Partners Meeting of Stanton Chase (www.stantonchase.com) , a global retained search firm.
 
The event will be hosted by the Nashville office of Stanton Chase, which has more than 70 offices in 45 countries.

One of the highlights of the Global Partners Meeting is the presentation of the Stanton Chase Chairman’s Diversity and Inclusion Award.

The winners of last year’s awards were:
  • Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), a premier broadcasting and media  company
  • Novartis, an international healthcare solutions company that address the evolving needs of patients and societies, received the award for top global company
  • T. Rowe Price, a global investment management firm
The criteria for the award included:
  • Best practices in diversity initiatives
  • Diversity representation at the Board and Executive levels
  • Overall employee diversity representation
  • Innovative diversity recruiting practices
 
“Recognizing corporate excellence in diversity initiatives with this award  has been one of the most memorable events of our meeting,” said Beata Sokolowska-Pek, co-chair of the Diversity Practice Group and Managing Director of the Warsaw, Poland office.  “Our role as search consultants involves encouraging diversity among our clients, so it is pleasure to recognize excellence among these recipients.”
 
The award will be presented Thursday, April 6 at a private reception at the Music City Center. Prominent CEOs and business leaders from the Nashville area have been invited. Amy Elliott, PhD, Research Scientist at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, will be the keynote speaker.  She is one of the nation’s leading innovators and thought leaders on the future of additive manufacturing, and acted as project lead for the world’s first ever 3D printing vending machine.  A seasoned speaker, Elliott has been invited to conferences around the country, and was featured in the Discovery Channel's hit TV show, The Big Brain Theory: Pure Genius.
