Stanton Chase Dubai Office Welcomes New Partner
Fadi Sbaiti Strengthens Aerospace and Defense Sector
Stanton Chase, an international leadership advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Fadi Sbaiti as Partner. Fadi will be based out of the Stanton Chase Dubai office, where he will support the aerospace and defense industry in its leadership challenges.
Fadi has more than 20 years of executive and managerial experience and has worked for global and local organizations across the Middle East, the U.S., and Europe. His expertise in security and data management within the industrial and technology industries allowed him to develop strong relationships with public and private entities across the GCC. In every position taken, Fadi assessed his executive team members and, where required, sourced new talents to achieve his strategic goals. Additionally, Fadi developed and led an organizational restructuring of a billion-dollar company with over 8,000 employees to enhance its productivity. Prior to joining the management ranks of the business, Fadi had more than 10 years of military service as a naval officer.
Regarding his new position, Fadi said:

Fadi graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, located in Annapolis, Maryland, with a degree in Weapons, Systems Engineering. He also holds an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland, in addition to a Masters in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut.
