Sheffield Haworth Adds Two New Managing Directors

 
Sheffield Haworth, the executive search firm serving the financial services industry, today announced the appointment of Mark Dixon as a Managing Director within its expanding Global Technology Practice. Working in the Sheffield Haworth London office, Mr. Dixon will focus on facilitating Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) appointments for companies throughout the Financial Services, Media and Technology arenas.
 
Mr. Dixon joins Sheffield Haworth from CTPartners, where he led the firm’s CIO Practice across Europe and Asia. During his successful career, he has worked with a number of notable FinTech, Media and Financial Services companies, building exceptionally high-performing digital leadership teams and assembling world class innovation labs.  
 
Prior to this, Mr. Dixon served as the Head of the Technology Practice at Hutton Consulting, a boutique financial services executive search firm. 
 
Sheffield Haworth have also announced the appointment of Jennifer Novack as Managing Director, Head of Global Real Estate Practice at Sheffield Haworth, based in New York.
 
Jennifer has specialized in Real Estate executive search for the last decade and successfully led key hires at the senior level, team builds and advisory projects for private equity firms, investment banks, developers, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, and portfolio companies.
 
Previously, Jennifer was Managing Partner at Sousou Partners, a boutique retained executive search firm focused on Real Estate, Infrastructure, Energy and Hospitality, where she was integral to leading and building the firm’s practice.
 
As part of Sheffield Haworth’s strategic expansion in Real Estate, George Gilmartin, formerly Senior Director at Ferguson Partners, also joins the firm. George brings over 20 years of experience in executive search, having specialized in the Real Estate sector for the past decade executing senior level assignments across the industry.
