Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Veteran Leadership and Talent Executive Anthony Abbatiello
Russell Reynolds Associates announced that Anthony Abbatiello has joined the firm as the Global Head of the Leadership and Succession business. Based in New York, Abbatiello counsels C-suite executives and boards on business transformation, leadership development and talent strategies. This demonstrates the firm's commitment to expanding its service offerings, thus providing high-quality advisory capabilities to our clients.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Abbatiello was a Partner at Deloitte and the Global Leader of Deloitte Leadership, the firm's global Leadership Services business. In this role, he was responsible for the market entry, growth strategy and business development for the business. Abbatiello also launched Deloitte's Culture business with the award-winning CulturePath™ product and led Deloitte's premier research program, the Global Human Capital Trends Report.
Abbatiello began his career at Accenture, where he spent nearly 18 years helping global clients increase the effectiveness of their human resources capabilities by creating innovative strategies and transforming global operating models. He also served as the Global Head of Accenture's human resources consulting business.
Abbatiello is an Adjunct Professor at New York University, teaching master's-level courses in organization development and change management. He also serves on the Boards of The Cultural Landscape Foundation and, his alma mater, the Villanova School of Business.
