Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Stephanie Angelini

Russell Reynolds Associates announced that Stephanie Angelini has joined the firm as a member of the Human Resources Officers Practice. She is based in New York.

"Stephanie has worked for leading global brands in a human resources capacity, including the fast-paced and highly regulated financial services industry," said Constantine Alexandrakis, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates' U.S. Region. "Her experience advising senior executives on cross-cultural and diversity and inclusion initiatives will enable us to assist our clients as they build and develop senior leadership teams capable of navigating global business challenges."

Angelini joins Russell Reynolds Associates from AOL, where she was a Vice President and HR Business Advisor for Content & Consumer Brands. In this role, she was responsible for designing and leading human resources strategies across a 1,200-person organization. Previously, Angelini was at TIAA-CREF as a Senior Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Corporate Functions. Earlier, she spent nearly 10 years at Bank of America working in progressively senior human resources roles in both the United States and Hong Kong.

Angelini holds a B.A., with honors, in public and interpersonal communications from North Carolina State University at Raleigh.
