Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Sean Dineen

Russell Reynolds Associates, a global search and leadership advisory firm, announced that Sean Dineen has joined the firm as a member of the Leadership & Succession Practice. Based in Boston, Dineen partners with leading organizations to increase the potential and performance of their executive teams.

This includes significant depth in the unique leadership and performance issues encountered in private equity,” said Constantine Alexandrakis, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Americas Region.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dineen served as a consultant at another globally recognized leadership advisory firm, where he worked on engagements spanning CEO and board advisory, leadership transformation, executive/team transitions and development, and organizational alignment. He was also a member of the firm’s Americas Leadership Team and previously led their Hong Kong operations. Earlier in his career, Dineen worked in China for another management consulting firm, where he delivered custom talent management solutions for clients and led business development for the region.

Dineen holds a BS in biology from Loyola College and earned his master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from the University of Baltimore.
