Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Lauren Shin

Russell Reynolds Associates announced that Lauren Shin has joined the firm as a member of the global Consumer team. Based in New York, she leads the Luxury, Fashion and Beauty teams in North America within the Omnichannel Retail and Luxury Practice. She works across a broad range of consumer verticals, including fashion, beauty, home, food and beverage, leisure, and wellness.

Shin is focused on C-suite executive and Board searches, as well as an array of leadership advisory services, including assessment and development, succession planning, and organizational transformation.

Shin joins Russell Reynolds Associates from another leading executive search firm, where she was a Partner in the Global Luxury, Fashion & Beauty Practice. There, she helped develop the practice in the United States and led global client relationships. Previously, Shin held a variety of senior leadership roles at Liz Claiborne, Ralph Lauren and NBC Universal. Earlier in her career she was an investment banker, serving as Vice President in Morgan Stanley's Mergers & Acquisitions department. Shin's experience spans North America, Europe and Asia. 

Shin holds a B.S. in accounting and international business from the NYU Stern School of Business and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.
