Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Huxley Liang
April 12, 2023, Shanghai – Russell Reynolds Associates today announced that Huxley Liang has joined the firm’s Leadership Advisory business as a senior partner.
Based in Shanghai, Liang brings over 20 years of consulting experience in strategy implementation and human resource management. He consults clients on leadership, succession and organizational transformation topics, and has successfully led clients through strategy clarification, strategy decoding, corporate parenting, operating model design, top team effectiveness, and more.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Liang served as Greater China Consulting President and China Vice Chairman in previous roles.

Liang holds an MBA from University of New South Wales & the University of Sydney, as well as a Master’s in International Relations from Nanjing University.
