Boyden Appoints Reid Wang as Partner in Greater China

Boyden, a global talent and leadership advisory firm with more than 65 offices in over 40 countries, announced that Reid Wang has joined the firm as a Partner in Greater China, based in Shanghai.

Wang joins Boyden with over 20 years of strategic human resources experience, focused on organizational and leadership development and change. His experience spans multiple sectors including telecommunications, energy, fast-moving consumer goods and automotive.

Wang has held several prominent HR management roles including Head of Human Resources at Nokia and Head of HR Integration Project for an Nokia Shanghai Bell joint venture. He was also Global Chief Human Resources Officer at HCP Packaging Company.

Prior to his career in HR, Wang worked at Boyden, where he drove and coordinated all business development and search activities in China with a focus on North China.

Wang holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Shanghai Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai, and a bachelor’s of law from Fudan University, Shanghai. He is fluent in English and Mandarin and has a working knowledge of Cantonese.
