Mark Quinn Joins Korn Ferry Hay Group as Senior Client Partner
Korn Ferry announced that Mark Quinn has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner and Head of the Rewards & Benefits solutions practice for Europe, Middle East and Africa. He will be based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, Mr. Quinn was a Partner at Mercer where he led the UK & Ireland Talent & Rewards Business, serving the complex reward needs of large regional and global clients. Prior to Mercer, he was the Head of Reward at Royal Bank of Scotland for Retail, Commercial & Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance. Mr. Quinn also spent seven years as a Director in EY’s performance and reward consulting practice, and previously held senior reward and HR roles in Sainsbury's, the Rank Group, Hiscox, and GSK.
Mr. Quinn has over thirty years of in-house and consulting experience in HR and reward, with deep expertise in reward strategy, governance, executive compensation, incentive design and management, job measurement, people leadership and business management.

Mr. Quinn has a B.A. in Philosophy from The University of Hull and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
