Leathwaite adds Heather Barnes as New Partner
Leathwaite is proud to welcome Heather Barnes as a Partner based in London.
Heather joins the global Technology & Digital practices bringing a wealth of experience as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s leading firms. Her depth of knowledge across the technology, digital, and data landscape will complement Leathwaite’s twenty-year track record in this market. Heather will play a critical role in the continued diversification of client coverage across markets including consumer, technology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and industrials.
Heather was most recently a Partner with a leading UK boutique search firm and brought a stellar track record working with a number of premier executive search and leadership advisory firms. After gaining a Masters in History from the University of Edinburgh, Heather joined the Digital & Technology practice at Boyden before spending a number of years with Korn Ferry and The Miles Partnership in the Information Officer and Board practices respectively.
A strong advocate of diversity, equality, and inclusion, Heather has played a critical role in advising her clients on the evolving technology talent landscape and has been responsible for a number of landmark diverse appointments in a fiercely competitive market.
