Kincannon & Reed Executive Search Expands Latin American Practice

Kincannon & Reed announced the addition of Raul Campos Ramos as Director, further enlarging the firm’s team of agribusiness industry veterans. Campos will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico, where he will focus on senior executive recruitments for clients in Mexico and the larger Latin America region.

Campos’ 30-year career includes significant expertise in commercial and managerial roles for companies focused on agrochemicals and animal health and nutrition. Before joining Kincannon & Reed, Campos held positions with international and national companies such as BASF, Novartis, Bayer, Roussel Uclaf, Tecnica Mineral, and PiSA Agropecuaria. He most recently led Campos Blanc, acting as Agriculture Adviser Mexico for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, and Marketing Consultant for AMVAC Chemical Corp.´s biopesticides, in addition to others.

Raul holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from UNIVA Campus Guadalajara, and Bachelor’s of Science in Agronomy Engineering from Tec de Monterrey (ITESM) Campus Queretaro.
