Key Search adds new Head of Brand & Experience, Eugenia Alvarez.

Prior to joining Key Search, Eugenia Alvarez joined a global venture fund and worked alongside the COO to develop internal operational processes to grow and scale the organization to invest in over 100 startups in the last 5 years. 

She has also served as the primary point of contact for several early-stage companies in the portfolio, offering guidance and support to founders on culture, values, company mission & vision development. She expanded upon that to also focus on branding and communications, by working alongside the CMO on all activities related to the positioning, digital marketing, and brand revamp of the company.
