Jen Meyers Pickard Joins the Witt/Kieffer Education Practice

Leading executive search firm Witt/Kieffer today announced that Jen Meyers Pickard, Ph.D., has joined the firm as a consultant in its growing Education Practice. Pickard brings to the position nearly two decades of leadership experience in higher education administration.

Prior to Witt/Kieffer, Pickard served as the Assistant Vice President for Divisional Initiatives and Planning at the University of Arizona, where she facilitated strategic initiatives and special projects across divisions and throughout the institution. Previously, Pickard served as the university’s Director of Strategic Initiatives and Communications as well as an Assessment & Research Specialist within the division of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management, Academic Initiatives & Student Success, tasked with helping to build a culture of assessment within the institution. Early in her career, she held positions with Northwestern University, University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Maryland. She is actively involved in NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education.

Pickard earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Bowling Green State University, and both an M.A. and Ph.D. in College Student Personnel (with a doctoral concentration in Organizational Behavior) from the University of Maryland.
