Danylo Hayakawa arrives to join EXEC's team of partners, the largest national company for the selection and development of top management executives.
The executive has a degree in economics from Unicamp, and before working as a headhunter, he had experience in the agribusiness segment, working for seven years at Cargill, where he reached leadership positions, including being expatriated for one year to the Geneva unit, at Switzerland, always developing work in the area of finance, structured treasury and risks.
With more than 10 years of experience in the recruitment market, having worked for large multinationals in the segment, the professional starts with the objective of contributing with all his expertise to the consulting team of specialists.
